Stock samples are ready in 2 days. Customized samples take 7 days (longer if a new mould is needed). Bulk production generally takes 30 days depending on quantity.
4 What are the payment terms?
We accept bank transfers for large orders and PayPal or West Union for samples. Terms are typically 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment.
5 How do you ensure product quality?
Our QC team performs in-line and final inspections based on AQL standards. A detailed inspection report is provided for approval before shipping.
6 How are the goods shipped?
Large orders are shipped by sea (approx. 30 days) or air (approx. 7 days). Small orders are sent via couriers like DHL, TNT, UPS, or FedEx (3-5 days).
